Through your columns, may I sincerely thank everyone who supported our wonderful Movies and Musicals Concert in St Peters Church, Fordham.
To the performers, Darren Jeffery, Janet Scott, Lizzie Futter, Anthony Seddon, Frank Taylor and the Wicken Coronation Band, my grateful thanks for your sterling efforts in providing a feast of popular entertainment so professionally. I am so proud of you all.
To my fellow members of the Fordham Charity Group, our additional helpers and everyone at St Peters Church who assisted us in any way, a big thank you.
My final thanks go to the enthusiastic audience who gave so generously and to your newspaper for advertising this Special Charity event so thoroughly.
We were able to raise the magnificent sum of £2,100 which will be shared by Sebs Legs, via the Tree of Hope UK Children’s Charity, The Wicken Band and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
