I say 'prpsed' because I am hping that cmmn sense will at last prevail and they will all see hw silly they lk. It is time they sat dwn tgether with ADEC and wrked ut a plan fr hw the Babyln Gallery can be kept pen.
By the way, I read that the Ely Master Plan cst £46,250 t prduce and, guess what?...it says we need mre leisure facilities! The Babyln Gallery is a leisure attractin we have right nw, nt sme distant pipe dream.
