ON the weekend of the Salvation Army harvest festival, some of the local fatheads decided that, rather than leave these good people to carry on helping others as only the Salvation Army can, they would break windows in the hall and throw beer bottles and other rubbish all over the floor.
Needless to say the harvest festival went off with a bang, but not before a lot of unnecessary work had been done.
