I HAVE just one question for the councillors and members of East Cambridgeshire District about Tesco. Why, when we are not allowed to have traders who just might take trade out of the High Street does Tesco suddenly have permission to have opticians, a coffee shop, and shortly a pharmacy (which it previously had to close down) I think someone needs to give us some answers.
