I AM writing to complain about the poor recycling service that I have been receiving. The council know I am disabled and that I need an aided lift so does that mean that they can collect it when they feel like it or make me walk to the Waitrose recycling
I AM writing to complain about the poor recycling service that I have been receiving. The council know I am disabled and that I need an aided lift so does that mean that they can collect it when they feel like it or make me walk to the Waitrose recycling bins?
I think the old refuse men were more qualified and more helpful than the current recycling workers. I ring the council every couple of weeks and tell them that my recycling is ready for collection and so far I have had to complain at least 10 times to complain that it has not been picked up.
It makes me so cross that sometimes I think I may as well just throw it away rather than try to recycle.
