I REALLY enjoy all the articles you write in the Ely Standard, particularly with regard to Wicken Fen, and the letters written by Geoffrey Woollard who is a prestigious local farmer of many years' standing in the area.
Wicken Fen Vision has the other view - a local fen farmer at Upware was very, very distressed at the thought of his farm being flooded. What farmer would not be?
Geoffrey Woollard's views are most accurate and, with his immense experience of farming and drainage, must be listened to by those who wish to expand Wicken Fen.
