NEXT Wednesday, the blood donor people will be at the pavilion again from 1pm until 3pm and from 4.30pm until 7pm. Go and see them and you might save someone's life.
On Friday, the Over-60s Club takes the hall over for a celebratory lunch to mark the Queen's 80th. Anyone over 60, whether they are a member of the club or not, is welcome. Tickets at £9 including wine are available from Peggy Gibbon on 01353 723491.
The next day (Saturday 10) the Pavilion will be the site of the Soham Beer Festival organised by the Rotary Club. There will be 14 real ales, two ciders and a fair bit of silly giggling if past performances are anything to go by.
