The pathetic attempt by Multiplex Stannifer to have Mereham classified as a Eco Town has failed and so has Waterbeach. This is good news for the East Cambs area and the 'Say No to Mereham' campaign, but shows complete disregard for local government as there is one listed development in South Cambs.
