Gemma Mott organised a charity ball in aid of two charities - Brainwave and Tree of Hope, both of which support children who are disabled and have life limiting conditions.
The charities have provided amazing support to our daughter Isabel and us as a family.
We are so thankful for all her hard work, the companies who sponsored the night and everyone who helped make the night a huge success.
