WE already have in Jubilee Gardens a little-used bandstand, a line of metal seats which may or may not one day be surrounded with roses, a slime-covered rock thought to be a fountain, a tin eel, an inappropriate rock garden and a children s play area. Not
WE already have in Jubilee Gardens a little-used bandstand, a line of metal seats which may or may not one day be surrounded with roses, a slime-covered rock thought to be a fountain, a tin eel, an inappropriate rock garden and a children's play area. Not far away we are now to have images of water alongside the river.
Had the district council any senses to begin with I would have thought they had taken leave of them.
