I AGREE with comments made by the elderly and genuinely disabled about toilet facilities in the city of Ely but I've noticed in the past that not everyone who claims disability allowances is genuinely disabled.
I have witnessed in the past a man, claiming back and leg disability, up a high ladder fitting a satellite dish on to his house.
I find it's usually those who genuinely are physically disabled who struggle to get financial and mobility help and who struggle to get any help from the Government.
Whereas too many know how to work the system.
Undercover sources should keep tabs on such undeserving cases of fraudulent claims.
