THERE is a charity ploughing match at Middle Mere Farm (off Broad Piece) in aid of Alzheimer's research and the Soham Museum project on Sunday (2nd).
There will be plenty of vintage tractors and even more chat. In the evening there is live music from Green Velvet and a barbecue. You can even save money by bringing your own booze, as there's no bar. The music starts at 7pm and it will cost you £2.50 per head. More info on 01353 720260.
