I WAS just wondering if anyone else saw the bright moving light (I saw two occurrences within a few minutes of each other) passing over Ely, north to south, around 9.30pm on t night.
They were silent but a very bright, vivid red. They moved steadily, but not particularly fast, then just faded (or perhaps disapeared behind clouds).
I would be very interested to know what they were.
