EAST Cambs District Council now offers a service whereby its documents can be translated into other languages. Even if you speak another language, it may be useful to have complicated issues in your own tongue just to be sure that your taxes are going in the right direction. Now Albanian, Greek or Croatian speakers among others can get paperwork in their own languages. As most foreign nationals in the area appear to be either Polish or Portuguese it makes you wonder why the translation service doesn't cater for them. Could this be another case of being busy, but not actually achieving much?
