HOW come councils can fine people for dropping small items of food on the pavement, or over-filling bins (in some areas) whilst the re-cycling bins are still sitting up and down Wilburton full to the brim with everyone's re-cycling which hasn't been collected as scheduled (except the cardboard - thanks lads). Perhaps someone can look into fining them for breaking their contract and causing litter in our beautiful and clean village. Or will we be fined for having our re-cycling out on the wrong day?
Come on get this sorted VEOLIA Environmental services. On my recycling calendar there is a phone number we are invited to ring for a chat, it is 01353 665555, so can I suggest that other readers start phoning.
