AFTER performing in Edinburgh and, more recently, Cambridge, Viva appear to be taking over the world.
From the original youth theatre has sprung a senior group, a junior group and an adult group. If they keep on at this rate there will be nobody to fill the auditorium; everyone will be a member! Before this happens there is room in the stalls on Sunday (June 24) for a few more paying customers to see Viva vice-president Sheila Steafel perform her one-woman show Steafel Solo at The Maltings in Ely. Ms Steafel is a very funny woman ("funny" as in comical, not strange) and is performing for Viva funds, the sign of a true vice-president, not someone who just turns up for the free sandwiches.
For tickets to this enjoyable evening call Martha on (01353) 722228 with £10 a head at the ready.
