ON March 3, our daughter celebrated her first birthday and we had a party at the Littleport Leisure Centre.
Our daughter, Isabelle Holmes was a premature baby and spent time in NICU at the Rosie Maternity Hospital in Addenbroke's Hospital.
For her birthday we asked all friends and family who were attending the party celebrations to donate money instead of buying presents, as being so close to Christmas we were still working our way through the toys given then.
We asked people to donate to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and we raised £310 - a lot of the attendees to the party were from Littleport and we would like to say 'thank you' to them as I have not managed to send 'thank you' notes yet.
