SO Betty Wilbraham is interested to know how the local authority calculates the attendance at the city's toilets (Letters July 13).
My understanding is that CCTV cameras are to be installed to monitor all users. With this in mind, I trust it will be mandatory for headgear to be removed on entry so that any persistent troublemakers can be easily identified.
