MYSTERY was the word that stood out of my Ely Standard this week. Why should Roswell Lake be a mystery? Who gives who the right to sell property given to the people of Ely? The Bishop, Archdeacon, Canon, these are the most trusted trustees you could appoint I would have thought, so come on, no more mystery. Give us some straight answers and leave our common and lakes as they are. The wild flowers animals, boating and fishing give hours of pleasure for all who care to take part.
