Stretham artist Evelyn Binns opens exhibition at Babylon Gallery, Ely

Botanical artist Evelyn Binns, from Stretham, is exhibiting some of her paintings at the Babylon Gallery in Ely.

Painted at actual size from living specimens, her subjects range enormously - from native wild flowers to rainforest exotics, from cottage garden favourites to hothouse hybrids.

Evelyn’s work is exhibited regularly at major horticultural and arts events, including the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and RHS London Winter Flower Shows.

The exhibition, titled For the Love of Flowers, opened on February 8 and runs until March 2. The gallery is open daily, except Mondays, from noon-4pm and admission is free.
