Like many sporting fixtures across Cambridgeshire, the Ely Tigers home game on Saturday was called off due to a frozen pitch, but there was some good news for two of the club's players
Two players from the club's colts side were named in the Cambridgeshire Under 18 side to play their counterparts from Suffolk at Shelford Rugby Club on Sunday.
Tom Gunbie and Alfie Allen came into the game as second half replacements, Gunbie converted the Cambridgeshire side who ran out 17-0 winners.
