An East Cambridgeshire veterinary practice is in the running for three awards at a prestigious industry ceremony.

Johnson and Scott Vets, which has branches in Witchford and Littleport, have been nominated twice for Vet of the Year and are also on the shortlist for the coveted Practice of the Year at the Petplan Veterinary Awards.

Business partners Cathy Scott and Jo Johnson have each been nominated for Vet of the Year, while team of staff as a whole are up for Practice of the Year.

Cathy said: “It’s incredibly exciting, and a little overwhelming, that so many of our valued clients have taken the time to anonymously nominate us for all of these very high profile awards.

“The practice is just approaching its first anniversary and to know that we have served so many people so well already is reward in itself. I am very proud of the whole team who all strive to give each and every pet that visits us individual attention and care’.
