Cambridgeshire police are appealing for information after more than £1,000 worth of alcohol was stolen from a supermarket in Ely.

The alcohol, along with a selection of other groceries, was stolen from Sainsbury’s, in Lisle Lane, Ely, on May 16.

Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information should contact PC Ricky Denton on 101, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
