Police hunt launched after arsonists start village blaze

Arsonists set fire to a pile of rubbish in Coveney on Saturday.

Firefighters from Sutton were called to Wentworth Road at about 4.30pm following reports of a fire in a field.

They extinguished the fire and had returned to their station by 5pm. The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
