DynamicHealth joined forces with the Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust to host a sports day at the Princess of Wales Hospital as part of 2017’s Workout at Work initiative.

The neighbourhood team from the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) also got involved in different school-based exercises such as egg and spoon races, three-legged races and light assault courses.

Sarah Saul, service manager at DynamicHealth, said: “We are delighted to be involved in ‘Workout at Work’ in Ely to try and promote workplace wellbeing, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity.

“We also had similar events planned at our clinics in Doddington Hospital, Rivergate in Peterborough and North Cambridgeshire Hospital in Wisbech last week.”
