East Cambridgeshire District Council have frozen prices on many services for a second year in a row.
A weekly pitch charge at Ely’s Saturday market will remain at £1.85, the same as in 2012-13.
Some fees will rise. Car parking at Angel Drove in Ely will rise from £3 to £4 per hour or from £506 to £673 for an annual ticket.
Prices have also increased to visit both Ely Museum and Oliver Cromwell’s house.
New fees have been brought in for the council’s planning application advice.
The council now provide optional building control advice.
Nevertheless fees for existing services within planning applications have not increased.
